We all want to be happy, or at least happier.
Question is. How do we do that? What are the things we need to know if we are going to feel better about ourselves and our lives.
Some of the answers are a bit more complicated, not quite what we think they are going to be.
With that in mind. I have done some research, pulled together the things that have worked for me in my life and put them in an easy to follow guide, if you follow it I know you will know how to feel better, to help you choose better.
And to help you manage that voice that lives inside your head. Yes I have one as well.

All of this support is drawn from my own personal experience, my own research and a little bit of soul-searching. See, I am one of the lucky ones. I am happy and positive all of the time. Not in some deliriously happy kinda way, but in a practical optimist kinda way. As my old friend Laurence used to say “a practical optimist is also known as a realist”. So that is what this is all about.
